Nature of Our Services
PEDA-PRO SOLUTIONS LLC provides temporary staffing and workforce-support services to early childhood education programs. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, PEDA-PRO does not operate, manage, license, or control the childcare facilities where educators may be assigned.
PEDA-PRO does not provide direct babysitting or childcare services to individual families. Our services are intended for eligible early childhood programs, schools, childcare centers, and other approved organizations.
No Guarantee of Staffing or Employment
Submitting a staffing request, membership application, contact form, employment application, or other inquiry does not guarantee:
- Acceptance as a PEDA-PRO client;
- Availability of an educator;
- Fulfillment of a staffing request;
- Assignment of a particular educator;
- Acceptance for employment;
- Receipt of a work assignment;
- A minimum number of assignments or working hours; or
- Continuous or uninterrupted staffing services.
All staffing requests and assignments are subject to educator availability, client requirements, applicable laws, completed onboarding requirements, and the terms of the appropriate written agreement.
A client relationship is established only after PEDA-PRO accepts the client and the parties complete the required service agreement. An employment relationship is established only through PEDA-PRO’s official hiring and onboarding process.
Screening, Credentials, and Suitability
PEDA-PRO may review employment history, professional references, education, credentials, certifications, health documentation, training records, and other information relevant to an educator’s eligibility for an assignment.
When required, criminal background checks, child abuse and neglect registry checks, fingerprinting, and official suitability determinations must be completed through the processes established by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education or another authorized government agency.
PEDA-PRO does not independently issue government suitability determinations. Screening and credential verification reduce risk but cannot guarantee an individual’s future conduct, performance, reliability, or continued eligibility.
Educators are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and current information and for promptly notifying PEDA-PRO of any change that may affect their credentials, eligibility, suitability, or ability to perform an assignment.
Client Program Responsibilities
Each client program remains responsible for the duties legally assigned to the facility, licensee, operator, or onsite program administrator. These responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining required adult-to-child ratios and group sizes;
- Providing appropriate onsite supervision;
- Confirming that an assigned educator may be counted toward required ratios;
- Providing site-specific orientation, policies, schedules, and job instructions;
- Maintaining a safe and legally compliant workplace;
- Providing emergency, evacuation, health, allergy, and incident procedures;
- Protecting confidential information concerning children and families;
- Reporting accidents, injuries, suspected abuse, safety concerns, and other incidents as required;
- Maintaining all required licenses, permits, insurance, records, and approvals; and
- Complying with applicable childcare, employment, health, safety, sanitation, building, and fire requirements.
PEDA-PRO remains responsible for the obligations assigned to it by applicable law and by its written agreements. Nothing in this disclaimer transfers a legal obligation from one party to another or excuses either party from complying with the law.
No Guarantee of Individual Performance
PEDA-PRO makes reasonable efforts to match educators with client needs. However, PEDA-PRO does not guarantee that every educator will meet every client’s personal preferences or that every assignment will continue for a particular period.
Clients must promptly report performance, conduct, attendance, safety, or suitability concerns to PEDA-PRO. Clients should not independently change an educator’s pay, employment classification, assignment terms, or job duties without authorization from PEDA-PRO.
Emergencies and Immediate Safety Concerns
This website and its contact forms are not emergency-reporting services. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.
Suspected child abuse or neglect must be reported through the legally required reporting channels. Contacting PEDA-PRO does not replace any individual’s mandated-reporting obligation.
