Vetted educators
Qualified early childhood professionals move through screening and readiness steps before assignments.

PEDA-PRO Solutions was born out of a simple frustration: too many preschool classrooms were going understaffed, and too many qualified educators could not find flexible, reliable work. We built the bridge.
The early childhood education sector faces a persistent staffing shortage. Preschools scramble to fill last-minute gaps. Qualified educators struggle to find work that fits their lives. Children pay the price when classrooms are understaffed. PEDA-PRO Solutions exists to connect vetted, credentialed educators with preschool programs on demand, on schedule and with the quality every child deserves.

These are not just words on a wall — they guide every placement, every partnership and every decision we make.
Every decision starts with one question: is this good for the children? Quality staffing means safe, nurturing classrooms.
We verify the educators we place. Schools should know who is walking through their door, and educators should know what they are walking into.
PEDA-PRO is more than a job board. The goal is to build lasting relationships between educators and the schools that need them.
Great teachers deserve great opportunities, flexibility, pay transparency and respect.
From coast to coast, PEDA-PRO Solutions connects preschool programs with qualified early childhood professionals in their communities.
Every educator in the network is expected to meet credential, screening and experience requirements. No shortcuts.
Our team is made up of former educators, school administrators and childcare advocates who have lived the problem we are solving.
