Staffing is based on availability.
Register / Request StaffThe school video walks through registration, tier selection, posting a shift, reviewing an available educator and confirming coverage in the app.
Register your program, select the tier that fits, post the shift, review the available vetted educator and confirm the assignment directly in the app.
Register your program with PEDA-PRO Solutions and select the membership tier that best fits your staffing and response-time needs.
When a staffing gap happens, open the PEDA-PRO app and share the role, timing, schedule and requirements for the shift.
PEDA-PRO connects the request with an available early childhood professional who meets the requirements for the role.
Once the request is accepted, review the educator, confirm the assignment and let the main office track each step in real time.
At arrival, the director and PEDA-PRO staff member complete the multi-step arrival confirmation in the app. The director then provides a brief orientation before work begins.
PEDA-PRO handles the hard part — finding, vetting and connecting qualified early childhood professionals — so school leaders can focus on children, families and program operations.
